guidance we received from the Lilly Management Group with regards to 16 CFR 1633
compliance in 2007. Each member of the LMG team put forth a maximum effort in their
area of expertise to educate us, oversee prototype testing and monitor our progress to
that end. The result was our compliance ahead of schedule and a comprehensive
