Susan Ebaugh - Partner

LMG co-founder Susan Ebaugh has 33 years’ experience in the mattress industry. At

Serta she held marketing, advertising and management posts including Vice President

and Chief Brand Officer. During her tenure there, Serta won many marketing citations

including the Gold Effie Award for the iconic “Counting Sheep” campaign which she

spearheaded.


She also has extensive experience in retail and trade advertising, brand strategy and

licensing, PR and communications, and IP management.


In the early years of her career Ms. Ebaugh worked for Sealy, Inc. as a Director of

Corporate Communications and Media Events. Before that she was a Chicago-based

business journalist covering the U.S. home furnishings industry, and a legal editor and

reporter.


Over the years Ms. Ebaugh has served as a speaker at industry conferences and

as a committee member on panels sponsored by the International Sleep Products

Association.
